• time frame (no. of day(s))
• compulsory or optional
• reminder and alert message (notification email)

Lab Test Workflow will monitor the progress and status of the lab test process and provide the latest "Estimated Completion Date" following completion of each step.

Activity details will also be recorded for necessary review.
