PowerFlow

PowerFlow is a process design and monitoring tool. It is aimed at monitor the progress of a defined process, allowing collaboration between team members and ensure prompt follow up.

PowerFlow manages a defined process through defining a step-by-step process plan. And for each step, user will define:

• responsible staff, follow-up and notify parties
• time frame (no. of day(s))
• compulsory or optional
• reminder and alert message (notification email)

PowerFlow will monitor the progress and status of the defined process and provide the latest “Estimated Completion Date” of the whole process following completion of each step.

Activity details will also be recorded for necessary review.
